Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out is at 12:00 pm, but there are paid options for a later check-out time, which can be arranged through our front desk. We do our best to accommodate any requests for early arrivals and late departures.

Cancellations must be received by 4:00 pm the day prior (24-hours in advance) to your scheduled arrival to avoid any cancellation or no-show charges on your credit card. Failure to do so will result in a one-night charge (plus taxes) being applied to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

All reservations require a valid credit card to confirm the reservation (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). A $50/night incidental deposit in addition to room, taxes, and parking (if applicable) will be taken at time of arrival. We do not accept cash, debit, visa debit, pre-paid credit cards or cheque as a form of deposit.

Parking is $27.00/night (plus taxes), available on a first come first serve basis. Parking cannot be reserved – limited space available. Heated and secure indoor parking, with height restriction of 6’6”. Oversized vehicle parking is available in open lot at front of hotel, at same daily rate. The garage has two EV charging stations – available for a fee. Garage entrance is on Market Street, at the rear of the hotel.

Yes! We offer secure luggage storage at no additional charge.

We offer a complimentary breakfast, served daily. No lunch, dinner or beverage service is available. There are plenty of nearby dining options we can gladly recommend.

There is no airport shuttle service.

• A taxi or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) from Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ) to the hotel takes around 27-30 minutes.
• Halifax Transit Regional Express Route 320 (Airport to Downtown Halifax) with direct service to downtown (Scotia Square) takes around 45-60 minutes. The bus stop is a 13-15 minute walk from the hotel.

All guest rooms and common areas are non-smoking/vaping. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking and/or vaping of recreational cannabis is not permitted on the hotel property. Violation of any component of this policy will result in a $300.00 fine applied to the guestroom.
