Building Maintenance

Responsible for general maintenance work throughout the building, this position requires an individual who is able to work under minimal supervision and to prioritize a varying workload according to hotel guest and employee needs; must be able to perform heavy lifting and to work at heights when required; the successful candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, combined with superior hospitality and communication abilities; good carpentry, painting, dry-wall, along with a knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing. Must be available to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays, as well as to carry rotational on-call responsibility for our 24-hour operation. Suite Attendant

Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guestrooms and suites, this position requires excellent physical stamina, a neat and professional appearance, excellent communication, hospitality and team skills are required. All candidates must be available for varying shifts, including days, weekends, and holidays. Days off will vary from week to week.
