Driving to the Cambridge Suites Hotel from Yarmouth to Halifax via The Annapolis Valley (Highway 101)
- Yarmouth to Halifax travel time approximately 4 hours.
- Upon leaving Yarmouth follow Highway 101 to Halifax via Digby. This route will take you through our beautiful Annapolis Valley.
- Highway 101 passes through Upper, Middle and Lower Sackville en route to Bedford.
- At exit 4 (on highway 102) you have the option of proceeding through Bedford to Halifax; or taking the Bedford bypass to Dartmouth. Take the Bedford bypass, which is Route 7 to Dartmouth then onto Halifax. This is a shorter and faster route.
- Route 7 becomes Windmill Road, which becomes Victoria Road.
- Follow the signs to the A. Murray Mackay Bridge. There is a toll of $0.75- only quarters are accepted. Change can be provided at the marked booths.
- Get in the left lane once on the bridge. This will allow you to exit onto Barrington Street. Travel South on Barrington for 3.5 km.
- After the 3rd set of lights keep right and travel up the incline ramp south along Barrington (keep right at this set of lights).
- Go through one set of lights. At the next set of lights (Barrington and Duke) you will see the CIBC Building on your left. Continue through.
- At the next set of lights (Barrington and Prince) turn right onto Prince Street. Continue to the top of the hill until you reach a set of lights.
- Turn left onto Brunswick Street and continue through the set of lights – you will see the Cambridge Suites Hotel front entrance on the left.
- To enter the hotel underground parking, turn left at the lights on Brunswick Street onto Sackville Street. Take your first right onto Market Street and the entrance is located on the right at the far end of the building
